Women need to express the joy of moving through life from birth to death. As we leave the Mother time of life behind we celebrate entering into our Crone time. A time of wisdom, reflection, guidance and joy in our pasts as well as our futures. This workshop will outline the many ways women approach this transition and how leaving the work of mothering behind frees us up to guide those coming after us into a productive and supported future.

Anastasia Blechschmidt is the assistant coordinator of the Crone Temple of Wisdom at Circle Sanctuary Church's Pagan Spirit Gathering. As an ordained Circle Sanctuary Church minister, she facilitates rituals and rites of passage, teaches, and is the spiritual advisor to the pagan community at Northern Illinois University. She has embraced the crone life and shares her joy through the media and in her book, "Crone Thoughts and Musings".
