All My Relations: Legal Rights for Nature

Even amidst the environmental destruction and abhorrent manner in which we humans treat air, water, earth, trees, plants and animals, a small but hopeful movement is emerging. Just as the Bill of Rights has led to the expectation of freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the right to bear arms, the Legal Rights for Nature movement is creating a presumption that Nature has the right to exist, maintain and regenerate its vital cycles, functions and processes. Already in the Constitution of several countries, learn about this exciting movement and how these concepts are being promoted around the world.
